AITWIRE for Real Estate · Specialty brokerages

Be known to AI for what you’re known for.

For brokerages with a specialty — condos, waterfront and cottage properties, luxury homes, commercial property, property management, out-of-town sellers. When someone asks an AI assistant which brokerage specializes in one of them, your AITWIRE agent checks the answer against your approved facts and prepares improvements for your broker of record’s approval.

AITWIRE Managed: we do the work, you keep the decisions.

An Ottawa example

AI says you only sell downtown condos. You also have a waterfront and cottage team.

A seller asks:

“Who specializes in waterfront and cottage properties near Ottawa?”
Example only — not a real AI answer.

The specialties people ask about

“Which brokerage specializes in …”

Six specialties, and the kind of question an AI assistant gets about each. Your agent asks these questions, in your market’s words, and compares the answers with your approved facts.

  • Condos

“Which Ottawa brokerage specializes in condos?”

  • Waterfront and cottage properties

“Who specializes in waterfront and cottage properties near Ottawa?”

  • Luxury homes

“Which brokerage handles luxury homes in Rockcliffe Park?”

  • Commercial property

“Which Ottawa brokerage specializes in commercial leasing and sales?”

  • Property management

“Who manages rental condos for owners in Ottawa?”

  • Out-of-town sellers

“Who can sell my Ottawa home while I live out of town?”

Your approved facts

The facts you want AI to get right.

  • Your specialty, and the property types and areas it covers
  • The sales representatives and brokers who work in it — with your broker of record’s approval for anything said about a person or a team
  • Your track record, stated the way you approve it: the years, areas and property types your specialty team has worked in — never a ranking or a figure you can’t support
  • Your designations and credentials, where you work, and how a client reaches the specialist team

Typical work: describe your specialty plainly on your own website, then ask the business profiles and directories that describe you to correct what they publish. Each of those sites decides what it changes. The brokerage in these examples isn’t a real one.

A specialty example

Asked: “Who specializes in waterfront and cottage properties near Ottawa?”

An answer to check

“This brokerage focuses on downtown condos and doesn’t handle waterfront or cottage sales.”

Your approved fact

“Our waterfront and cottage team sells properties on the Rideau Lakes and across the Ottawa Valley, with sales representatives who live and work there.”

Who approves: Names a team, so it goes to your broker of record.

Example only — not a real AI answer.

A track-record example

Asked: “Which Ottawa brokerage specializes in commercial leasing and sales?”

An answer to check

“This brokerage is a residential firm with no commercial practice.”

Your approved fact

“Our commercial team has handled office, retail and industrial leasing in Ottawa since 2009.”

Who approves: A track-record fact, stated the way your brokerage approves it.

Example only — not a real AI answer.

How it works

From an AI answer to an improvement your broker of record approves.

This is how your agent and our team work with every brokerage.

  1. 1. Check

What does AI say about your specialty?

Your agent asks ChatGPT and other AI assistants the questions people ask about your specialty — “which brokerage specializes in …” — and compares each answer with the facts your brokerage has approved.

  2. 2. Prepare

    A clear proposed improvement

When an answer leaves your specialty out, or credits it to another brokerage, your agent prepares the exact wording, where it goes — your website or a business profile — and who needs to approve it. A member of our team checks every finding before it reaches you.

  3. 3. Approve

    Your broker of record decides

Nothing is published until the right person at your brokerage approves the exact wording — and your broker of record approves anything about a sales representative or a team. Then our team updates your website, asks the profiles that describe you to correct what they publish, and your agent checks the answers again.

  4. 4. Measure

    What the answers say afterwards

The same questions, asked again. What the answers say afterwards is reported with the date, the sample size and the AI service and model asked. Approved does not mean published. Published does not mean improved.

AI assistants decide what they answer. We report the work done and what the answers say afterwards.

Approvals

Your brokerage keeps the approvals.

Our team asks the right person at your brokerage to approve the exact wording before anything we prepare is published.

We also get your broker of record’s approval for everything we publish, including anything about a sales representative or a team — and every improvement to how your specialty is described goes to your broker of record first.

ChatGPT ads

ChatGPT ads: possible for your business and its services, never for individual listings or units

OpenAI’s ad policy doesn’t allow ads for individual homes or rentals. OpenAI’s ads are in an early phase limited to a set of named categories, and real estate isn’t among them, so whether your business can advertise at all is OpenAI’s decision.

Where OpenAI accepts your business, an ad can promote your brokerage and its specialty — your waterfront and cottage team, your commercial practice, your property-management service — never an individual property. Ads are labelled as advertisements. Buying an ad doesn’t change what ChatGPT says in its answers. OpenAI reviews each ad and the page it links to, and decides what it accepts.

We confirm the exact ad and landing page with you before anything is submitted. Ads are optional, agreed separately, and run in your own OpenAI Ads account.

  • Enquiries your staff record

When a caller says they found you through ChatGPT, your team will record exactly that — what they said, not proof.

    Coming soon

When these arrive, enquiries will be kept separate from listings won, sales and new clients, and what someone tells your staff will be recorded as what they said, not as proof that the enquiry came from AI.
