Downloading Your Probe and Answer Data (CSV)

Export your AI Monitor probe results — including the full text of what each AI system said about you — as CSV. Available on Pro and Custom.

What you can download

On the AI Monitor page, Pro and Custom plans have a Download (CSV) button that exports your raw probe results for offline analysis. The file includes not just the scores but the full text of what each AI system actually said about you (the response_text column), so you can audit the exact answers behind every number, not only the headline accuracy.

What is in the file

Each row is one probe, with columns including:

  • query — the question that was asked
  • response_text — the full answer the AI system gave
  • ai_system — which engine answered
  • accuracy_score, sentiment_score / sentiment_label, quality_score, recommendation_bias — the scored dimensions
  • cited — whether the answer cited your site
  • fact_matches — which of your confirmed facts the answer matched
  • competitor_name, probe_type, created_at

Commas, quotes, and line breaks inside the AI answers are escaped, so the file opens cleanly in any spreadsheet.

Availability and window

The download is available on Pro and Custom (it is part of the exports entitlement; Free and Standard do not include it). By default it covers the last 90 days; the range can be set from 1 to 365 days.

Standard has a separate, lighter AI identity download — that is your published identity, not this probe-and-answer dataset.

Exporting and re-importing your Signals

Separately, Settings > Data lets you export your AI Signals (AI Answers) to CSV, edit them, and import them back. A re-imported answer updates the row and returns it to the review queue for your approval — the confirm step is never skipped, and rows that belong to another tenant are ignored. The old standalone Exports page was retired; the account-data export now lives under Settings > Data.
