Before you go
Closing your account is permanent. If you only need a break or want to reduce cost, consider these lighter options first.
Pause your AI Agent
You can pause active probing and publishing without losing your data. Go to Settings > Plan and pause the AI Update cycle. Your machine-readable data stays published, but your Agent stops running new cycles.
Downgrade instead of cancel
The Free plan keeps your AI Agent running on a quarterly cycle at no cost. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan and choose Free to retain core functionality.
Export your data
Before closing, export anything you want to keep:
- AI Signals & reports — Dashboard > Reports > Export.
- Catalog — Commerce > Catalog > Export CSV.
- Leads — Leads > Export.
- Machine-readable data — your published entity.json and llms.txt remain retrievable from your domain until your account is deleted.
Stop publishing to AI systems
If you want AI systems to stop treating AITWIRE surfaces as authoritative, unpublish first:
1. Go to Settings > Domains and remove or unverify your domain. 2. Disable edge publishing if configured. 3. Remove the AITWIRE script/embed from your website.
Close your account permanently
1. Export everything you need (see above). 2. Cancel any active subscription in Settings > Billing. 3. Go to Settings > Danger Zone and choose Delete Account. 4. Type your tenant ID to confirm.
Deletion removes your tenant data, published surfaces, and signals. This cannot be undone. For data-deletion requests under privacy law, see the Privacy page or contact support.
