AI Accuracy Is Low or Not Improving
Symptoms: Accuracy stuck below 50%, no improvement after running AI Update.
Solutions:
Check your signals: Go to AI Signals and make sure you have approved signals — pending signals are not live.
Wait for the verification window: After approving signals, AITWIRE enters a 72-hour verification cycle. Do NOT regenerate during this window.
Enrich your content: Short, vague descriptions score poorly. Add detailed product descriptions, selling points, and a brand narrative.
Check probe focus: Go to AI Monitor > Focus Configuration. If all areas are set to "Off", no probes are running.
Run a manual probe: Click "Run Probe" on the AI Monitor page to get fresh data.
Signals Not Generating or Regenerating
Symptoms: Clicking "Generate" does nothing, or signals come back empty.
Solutions:
Complete your profile first: AITWIRE needs your business name, website URL, and industry to generate meaningful signals.
Connect at least one data source: Integrations (Shopify, Square, WordPress) provide the raw data signals are built from.
Check your website is reachable: AITWIRE scans your site during generation. If it returns 403/404/timeout, signals will be thin.
Check AI credits: Signal generation uses AI credits. If depleted, it falls back to a free model with lower quality.
AI Assistant Not Responding
Symptoms: The dashboard AI assistant does not answer or errors out.
Solutions:
Check AI credits: The assistant uses AI credits. If depleted, it falls back to a free model or is unavailable — top up at Settings > Platform AI Credits.
Complete your profile: The assistant is grounded in your tenant data — business name, website, and confirmed facts. A thin profile gives thin answers.
> Note: the public website chat widget and the ai. public chat are a Custom-plan capability (retired for Free/Standard/Pro). Your machine-readable authority surfaces — entity.json and llms.txt — stay published for every plan (the hosted profile page is a Custom-plan surface), and the AI assistant lives inside your AITWIRE dashboard.
Integration Not Syncing
Symptoms: Connected integration shows "error" or data is stale.
Solutions:
Check connection status: Go to Settings > Integrations. If status is "error", click to reconnect.
Re-authorize OAuth: For Shopify, Square, and social platforms, tokens expire. Disconnect and reconnect.
Manual sync: Click the sync button on the Integrations page. There is a cooldown (Standard: 60min, Pro: 15min, Custom: 1min).
Check API keys: For WordPress/WooCommerce, verify the REST API key is still valid in your CMS.
Commerce / Payments Not Working
Symptoms: Customers can not purchase through the widget, or transactions are failing.
Solutions:
Check Stripe Connect: Go to Dashboard > Commerce > Payments. Stripe Connect must show "Connected".
Verify catalog items are active: Go to Commerce > Catalog. Items must have status "active" with a valid price.
Currency mismatch: Ensure your Stripe account currency matches your catalog currency.
Test mode vs live mode: If you connected Stripe in test mode, real payments will not work. Reconnect in live mode.
Assessment Score Is Very Low
Symptoms: AI Performance Assessment returns a score below 30.
Common issues:
No JSON-LD / Schema.org markup: This is the #1 factor. Generate AI Signals and deploy them.
No HTTPS: Your site must use HTTPS. HTTP-only sites score poorly on security.
Missing meta tags: Ensure your pages have , , and .
No DMARC/SPF: These DNS records signal domain trustworthiness. Add them via your DNS provider.
Stale content: If your site has not been updated in months, freshness scores drop.
Cannot Log In or Account Issues
Solutions:
Reset your password: AITWIRE uses email + password login — use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset.
Check spam folder: Password reset emails sometimes land in spam.
Multiple accounts: If you signed up with different emails, each creates a separate tenant.
Delete account: Settings > Danger Zone. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
AI Credits Depleted
Symptoms: Chat responses are lower quality, or you see a "credits depleted" banner.
Solutions:
Top up credits: Go to Settings > Platform AI Credits > Buy Credits.
Check usage: The credits page shows consumption by feature (probes, signals, chat).
Free model fallback: When credits are empty, the system uses a free model. Quality is lower but functional.
Plan upgrade: Higher tiers include more monthly credits (Standard: 500, Pro: 1,500, Custom: 5,000 credits).
